My self-reflection

During this Volunteering project I’ve learnt a lot, from experiences and influences for example at the start of the project we had a lot to decide on what to do it took the most time and effort and taught me many things like time crunching, communication skills and trust.

The main one was trust for me and my colleagues we had a lot of trust in each other and because if one person couldn’t complete the individual task any of us will automatically help the other one out which is crucial in keeping the project at the best conditions, another thing this project taught me was damage control/time crunching, we had a lot of opportunities to go and work for big companies like Takatof, Food authority and Red Crescent, but none quite had the same image we wanted we wanted to add our university the most and the environment that was our goal but due to our schedules as students we had to decline many projects due to the fact we wouldn’t be able to make them and the final thing I learnt was improving my communication skills I am naturally an introvert and I have a mediocre case of social anxiety so having to make meetings with the Student conical and certain admin teachers really took a lot of courage and helped me better my self to not be afraid.

The only thing I’d ever do different in this project will to do it again and do better because of all the skills I learnt it can only go up from here I recommend this course to anyone if we had the choice to retake it.
